Production Capacity and Core Technology
The Core competencies of Senary is optimizing laboratory technology, pilot amplification and switch production of different varieties products in multifunctional workshop. The workshops are armed with most advanced equipments, such as hundreds of 50~5000L enamel, stainless steel reactor, centrifuge, Double cone dryer, filter and Purified water treatment equipment etc.

Have the capacity of Multifunction unit reaction, could produce different varieties products in multifunctional workshop. The reactions we could do are as follows: reduction reaction, condensation reaction, oxidizing reaction, diazotization reaction，sulfonation reaction, Cryogenic reaction(-25℃), high-temperature reaction (180℃). We have the unique technical ability in the reaction of extraction, high vacuum distillation and high vacuum rectification. Our R&D center equipped with Rotary Evaporators, high pressure reactor, different kinds of separation equipments and reaction equiments.

Laboratory
Senary is carry out the internationalization strategy, establish international standard management system complied with cGMP rules, monitor the whole process of R&D, production and sales. Our new quality control center has chemical analysis laboratory, instrument analysis laboratory, microbiological laboratory, reserved sample & stability research laboratory, equipped with several advanced instruments such as: high performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, infrared spectrophotometer, TOC, ultraviolet spectrophotometer etc. to monitoring whole manufacturing process.
